After the fairly recent flooding from the Typhoon Ondoy from a few months ago, this fire hits a residential area in the Metro.These tragic events really have poor timing; come to think of it - it's just a few hours away from Christmas Eve! =(

i started using this search engine called 'scour', and so far i've not looked back to using either google, yahoo, or msn anymore. it's all consolidated in Scour's search hits already! aside from a rich measure of search hits with respective rankings from Google/Yahoo/Microsoft, you can also vote (positive/negative) whether you as a member found these hits are relevant to the keyword you entered.

canonical has delivered the cd-media i ordered from their site. i honestly thought it arrived earlier than as promised. anyways, it got me thinking of having my desktop hd reformated so that this little baby can kick in as my defacto os already. i can't wait to try it out.. of course after having my data migrated first... :)

When i glanced to see what was on an email message that a colleague of mine wanted to share, i couldn't help but recognize a column (see sample below) that had cool statistics about the active message like sender info, how many messages have been exchanged between you and the sender, the sender's network (who this person has sent to when including you as a recepient), and also a linkedin lookup!

I recently upgraded my Firefox browser to the latest stable release (supposedly) by Mozilla which is version 3.0 (record number of downloads in a span of 24hours!)Only to have the browser consistently hang after a few hours (~ave.3hrs) of continued use.
